3. Refund & Return Policy – Tea Titan Club

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Tea Titan Club. Please read our Refund & Return Policy below.

1. Returns

  • We accept returns of unopened and unused tea products within 14 days of delivery.

  • For hygiene reasons, opened tea products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Exchanges

  • We replace defective or damaged items at no extra cost.
